After Nutiva raised their prices 25% I decided to buy from this place. I am very happy. It does not smell like Coconuts but I don't care as long as it's good quality which it is as far as I can tell. I use it to infuse herbs and it's perfect for that purpose. Also as far as opening it up? It took about a minute. It's VERY simple. Use a sharp knife ( Utility knife works great ) slice down the clearly marked lines on opposite sides of the lid to make a clean open cut. Pry off top with finger tips working your way around from the cut area. Takes very little effort and if you have ever opened a drywall mud container/bucket or something similar it is the exact same concept. I am really baffled at all the complaints about opening up a plastic bucket.
