I didn’t realize this was a thing until after I tried it but I got the jitters like crazy after and I tried it 3x. I used 1 tbsp in my coffee with ghee. I read after the fact that you have to work up to the full dose. I can’t attest to what it did for my brain bc I was too shakey and feeling sick to notice. Maybe I’ll update this later when I’ve tried a lower dose.Too easy for this to spill everywhere. My wife uses it for her cookie recipes. She swears by it.This has been a godsend or my skin. I have combination skin, so it's oily but also can get dried out and flaky really easily. I thought maybe my skin was so angry bc it had no moisture or oils left. I have been using this for 2 weeks and my skin has never been better, it looks full and actually healthy. I pat on the slightest amount after I shower because this stuff is oil you do not need a lot at all. I put a heavier amount under my eyes at night. It made an enormous difference under my eyes!! I almost didn't believe it at first. For the right skin type this can be a life changer. Just don't slather your face or you will clog your pores, be very sparing with it. I also use a light exfoliating face wash so I am removing any oil buildup that happens. My only criticism is the stupid bottle, it squirts out at 100 mph, no easy way to apply it.This has been my go-to brand for coconut oil. I use it as a moisturizer; it makes my skin wonderfully soft. The fragrance is very nice. So glad they improved the bottle as it used to squirt out in sudden bursts.I've never used any other coconut oil so can't compare with others. But this stuff has worked great for a variety of uses: cooking, hair, essential oil carrier. My bottle is about 3/4 gone after a year and it still tastes and smells fresh.Today I discovered my demon cat had knocked over some stuff in a bottom cupboard - likely a few days ago. I was impressed to find that not one drop of coconut oil had leaked out of the bottle, not even through the hole beneath the flip cap.One note: I've got a bit of carpal tunnel and find the bottle hard to squeeze one-handed, but no problem, I just take the top off and pour instead. One of my favorite liquid coconut oils. Versatile, it can be used for cooking or topical use. If you are planning to use it as a carrier or massage oil be aware it does have a slight, fresh coconut scent. It adds significant moisture to the skin and doesn't make my tub slippery. This can be used for oil pulling but I think regular coconut oils seems to give better results to me for pulling. The only reason for not 5 stars is the bottle is extremely difficult to squeeze and control amount dispensed, especially as it gets emptier. I'll probably buy a pump comtainer to transfer it to.I bought this oil locally and if you want to use it on salads, etc. it works well because it doesn't turn solid when it hits cold lettuce. However, I posed a question on Bruce Fife, ND's (the author of "Coconut Cures) website posting a testimonial for how it had cleared up an itchy rash on my legs and asking if anyone knew if it had the same properties as the solid form and he answered me directly:"Thank you for sharing you experience about coconut oil with me. I love to hear these testimonials. The liquid coconut oil you see in the store is not the same as regular coconut oil. It is not bad, but cannot do everything regular coconut oil does. The advantage of the liquid coconut oil is that you can use it as a salad dressing or in cold drinks. But for general use, I would use coconut oil."
